I’m passionate about helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and thrive in their daily lives through practical, evidence-based strategies. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where we can work together to tackle obstacles and take meaningful steps toward your goals.
My background encompasses extensive experience in delivering rehabilitation services across diverse settings, including community programs, hospitals, private clinics, and specialized rehabilitation centers. I specialize in concussion recovery, mental health, return-to-work planning, cognitive rehabilitation, and ADHD coaching support.
Drawing from Occupational Science, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care, I tailor each approach to meet your specific needs and foster sustainable progress.
